Insulation aluminum coil belongs to the aluminum series, which is industrial pure aluminum, and the aluminum content (mass fraction) is 99.60%. The surface of pure aluminum is silvery white, its density decreases with the increase of purity or temperature, and its strength is relatively low. It is a widely used anti-rust aluminum. The strength of this alloy is not high (slightly higher than industrial pure aluminum) and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. Therefore, cold working methods are used to improve its mechanical properties: it has high plasticity in the annealed state. The plasticity is still good during semi-cold work hardening, and the plasticity is low during cold work hardening, with good corrosion resistance and good weldability.

The production process of thermal insulation aluminum coil is relatively simple, the technology is relatively mature, and the price is much cheaper than other hard alloy aluminum plates. With good elongation and tensile strength, it can meet the conventional processing requirements (pressing, stretching) and high formability.
