1050 pure aluminum coil belongs to a commercially pure wroug
1050 aluminum sheet belongs to commercially pure wrought family with a purity of 99.5% Al. It also belongs to 1000 series aluminum alloy, which has better correction resistance than other alloy series. In the 1050 aluminum sheet, in addition to the component Al, 0.4% Fe is added, so 1050 aluminum alloy also has high conductivity. In general, 1050 aluminum sheet properties exhibit high plasticity, strong corrosion resistance, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, but the strength of 1050 aluminum alloy is low. In addition, different temper can be provided, such as O (annealed), H12, H14, H18 and so on.
1050 aluminum plate is very soft and has little strength, but it has good ductility. It can be pulled into filaments or rolled foil.
1050 aluminum plate has small density, can be strengthened, easy to process, and has good conductivity and thermal conductivity. Its conductivity is two-thirds of that of copper and its thermal conductivity is three times greater than that of iron. Therefore, it is mostly used in wires, cables, various heat exchangers, heat dissipation materials, etc.
1050 aluminum plate cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, but its strength can be improved by cold deformation.
