In the process, the deformed aluminium undergoes both hardening and softening processes. The deformation speed is so high. No time for the recovery and recrystallization processes, thus aluminum pieces undergo a certain work hardening as the degree of deformation formation increases. However, the softening process plays a leading role in the hot rolling temperature range. As a result, the recrystallization of the metal is usually incomplete at the end of hot rolling.
