Aluminum 1100 Properties & Products - Gwangyang Aluminum
1100 aluminum is a kind of commercial pure aluminum which is extensively used in all kinds of industries. The aluminum content (mass fraction) is 99.00%, thus making it have non-heat treatable property. It has high corrosion resistance, high electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, low density, and excellent plasticity, which can be processed into various aluminum products through press working. However, the strength is relatively low. Other process performance of 1100 is basically the same with 1050A. 1100 aluminum sheet is suitable for parts or products that demand good formability and corrosion resistance without high strength requirement, such as food & chemical handling, storage equipment, sheet medal tools, hollow hardware, welding key, reflectors, nameplates and so on.

Application:
1100 aluminum sheet is suitable for parts or products that demand good formability and corrosion resistance without high strength requirement, such as food & chemical handling, storage equipment, sheet medal tools, hollow hardware, welding key, reflectors, nameplates and so on.
Performance
1) High corrosion resistance, high electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, low density, and excellent plasticity, which can be processed into various aluminum products through press working.
2) Low strength, but it has good ductility, formability and weldability;
3) After anodized oxidation treatment，it will be corrosion resistant and the surface will be smooth and perfect.
Packing&Transportation Details:
1) Interleave paper between each sheet.(Optional for Cold Rolled Sheet ) .
2) Plate/coil is placed to the iron or wooden pallet, wrapped by water-proof craft paper and fixed by iron belt.
3) Port:Qingdao port or other main port in China
4) Container: 20ft GP:5898mm(Length)x2352mm(Width)x2393mm(Height), loading 18~25 tons .
40ft GP:12032mm(Length)x2352mm(Width)x2393mm(Height), loading 20~28 tons.
