5052-H32 aluminum sheet plate

5052-H32 aluminum plate is the most commonly used temper of this alloy, with high fatigue strength, good cold workability, high plasticity, good weldability, good anodizing effect and corrosion resistance.


Performance of 5052 aluminum plate: The bending performance in the H32 temper is good, it can be bent at 90 degrees, the tensile strength is about 220mpa, the elongation can reach around 10%; it has good hardness and is suitable for bending, hardness is almost 3-4 times that of pure aluminum plate, and is used for hardware products with high requirements on hardness and strength. For 5052-H112 aluminum plate, the hardness can reach around 50-60HB, and has good lathe and milling machine processing performance; It is the first choice product in the mechanical parts processing industry, but the hardness will be lower than 6061 aluminum plate.

5052-H34 aluminum sheet plate

5052-H34 aluminum plate is used for parts requiring good formability and corrosion resistance, high fatigue limit, good weldability, and medium static load. It cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. The chemical composition of 5052 alloy is similar to 5A02 alloy, and its properties are basically the same as 5A02. 5052-H34 aluminum sheet has high plasticity, low strength, good corrosion resistance and weldability, has poor machinability in the annealed state.
